Joanne Stone

Joanne is the founder of Wick’d Agility and the Agile Mentorship TO Program. Wicked Agility is bringing wicked problems and agility together to serve our local communities and beyond. The Mentorship program serves a gap between new agilists and experienced agilists, bringing knowledge and connection to the Agile Community. Joanne loves to create communities internally within organizations and outside of organizations.

Joanne loves to share her wisdom on how to create teams and leaders who love coming into work each day knowing they belong to a team that makes a difference. Joanne is a passionate leader that creates a safe and fun environment for individuals to connect. She leads by example, embraces the unknown and vulnerability, brings out the best in others, and is continually seeking ways to improve. She is an entrepreneur,  expert agile coach, certified professional coach, executive, trainer and has mentored over 500 agilists. Her expertise in agile practices, business agility, team building, leadership coaching, and leading others has allowed her to create teams, leaders, and organizations that make a difference.


Priscilla Peters

Priscilla is a dynamic Agile Coach with over 15 years experience in mentoring, coaching, and facilitating teams. She embodies the passion and energy to guide teams from startup to maturity. Her ability to encourage teams to find their voice and develop an Agile way. Priscilla has worked with leaders at all levels using reflection, games, and empathic tools to draw individuals’ in-depth conversations. She held several roles as Program Manager, Scrum Masters and Agile Coach that enabled her to bring focus, enthusiasm, and desire to help teams solve problems. Her ability to co-create with individuals to find solutions, create a culture of openness and collaboration has a positive impact on the organization.

Priscilla is a creative, forward thinker and driven leader who believes in making a difference through connections. She creates a space for individuals to look beyond their current place and develop a plan for their growth. Her ability to listen to the individuals, read the room and bring in activities to help to transform the space. Over the last decade, she has supported teams using various techniques that draw them in and provide opportunities to establish strong connections.
